| The Green River runs through an area in western Colorado and northeastern Utah called the Lodore Canyon, known for its high, red rock canyon walls. Each morning sunlight cascades slowly down the western canyon walls in a dramatic opening act of the day. And in the evening, the process reverses as the shadows climb the eastern walls until dusk overtakes the entire canyon. It's an awesome sight to see firsthand. | ||||||||||||||||
