•Two of my paintings were accepted into the 2007 Paint America 2ndMini50 competition
• I spent two wonderful weeks last Fall painting in Italy: the first week on the gorgeous Italian Riviera in the Cinque Terre region where I based out of the fishing village of Vernazza attending a workshop led by Scott Burdick. Colorful boats, buildings and people. Then the second week, I ventured alone into the beautiful countryside and hill towns of Tuscany: visiting places like Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona, Lucca and Volterra! Italy really is as beautiful as they say. Check out my Italy Trip Page to see the smaller plein air paintings done on that trip or the larger studio works since I've returned.
